of these areas are where the grass and the fynbos meet.
The penalty area right of the 8th teeing locations includes the workshop area.
No play and no entry zones are marked with red stakes with green tops. A ball played
from these areas – a 2 stroke penalty applies.

Balls may NOT be retrieved or played from any of these above mentioned No Play Zones.
The driving range between 1st and 8th hole is a No Play Zone. Retrieving the ball from
this area is at the player’s own risk.
Hole 15 (MLR B-3): If a player plays a ball from the tee at the 15th hole and the ball never
crossed any part of the general area (fairway) and it’s unsure whether the the ball ended
in the No Play Zone red penalty area on the left of the fairway or maybe outside it, he
may play a provisional ball from the tee. If a provisional ball is played and the original
ball is not found anywhere in the general area, including the waste bunker, the player
must continue with the provisional ball. The player may not use any further penalty area

Immovable obstructions: Free relief is available on all roads and paths covered by
concrete, crusher dust and gravel. Big grey stones edging the concrete and gravel
surface pathways are to be treated as an extension of these pathways.

mown area in the general area and an immovable obstruction also on a closely mown
area within 2 club lengths of a putting green and within 2 club lengths of the ball

unreasonable.

ground under repair from which free relief is available, except when in a penalty area.
On the putting green hoofmark damage may be repaired (Rule 13.1) and Model Local
