General Information
1. Registration
Opens 11:00 on Sunday 16 March 2025 and will close at 17:00.
Re-opens Monday 17 March 2025 at 09:00 and will close at 14:00.
2. Bag Storage is provided by CAMPOS Transport and is situated next to the green of the 27th hole. It will be open from 12:00 to 17:00 on
Sunday 16 March. Only bags with the players’ name and tournament number attached will be accepted for storage. Storage of bags is at your
own risk. Bag storage is available from 06:00 to 18:15 daily. All clubs are to be removed from the container by Thursday 17:00.
3. Handicap adjustments are based on your tournament starting handicap. Maximum for the Tournament cannot be higher than your Club
Handicap. A player may not change his handicap or division as shown on his scorecard. Changes may only be made at and by Score Control.
4. Breakfast will be available from 05:30 (for the early golfers) until 12:00 and daily, light lunches and snacks until 17:00.
5. Halfway House is situated at the 19th tee-box and will be a “grab and go”. Sandwiches and cold drinks are included in your entrance fee.
6. Prize Giving will start at 19:15 each evening in the Clubhouse
7. Daily registration opens at 06:15 for the morning field and 10:30 for the afternoon field at the Golf Clubhouse.
8. Special Committees:
Rules of Golf and the NOMADS rules of play: No rulings will be given on the course. In the event of a player not knowing how to proceed, he
should play two balls and request a ruling at the end of the round before signing his card. In the event of a dispute, the Captain of the Club
may appeal the ruling. All matters are to be resolved before prize giving on the day.
